At Cults & Pacts, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
1. Our 30-Day Returns Policy
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
For returns under our additional 30-day policy, items must be:
-
Unworn and unwashed.
-
In their original condition.
-
Free from marks, scents, pet hair or signs of wear.
-
Returned with original tags and packaging where reasonably possible.
Please return the item within 14 days of notifying us.
These conditions do not restrict your statutory consumer rights.
2. How to Return an Item
Email customerservice@cultpact.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

Please contact us before returning your parcel to help us identify and process it correctly. You do not need our approval to exercise your statutory cancellation rights.
3. Return Postage
For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage.
We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return costs where required by law.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
For statutory cancellations, refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier. Where no goods were supplied, the applicable refund period runs from cancellation.
For returns under our additional 30-day policy, refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned item.
Where an entire order is cancelled under statutory cancellation rights, any standard delivery charge paid will also be refunded. Additional charges for upgraded delivery are refundable only up to the cost of standard delivery.
A reasonable deduction may be made where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect them, where permitted by law.
5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us with:
-
Your order number.
-
A description of the issue.
-
Clear photographs where appropriate.
We will work with you to arrange an appropriate refund, repair or replacement in accordance with your consumer rights.
6. Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges for change-of-mind returns.
If you would like another size or design, please arrange a return and place a new order.
7. Statutory Cancellation Rights
UK customers generally have the right to cancel an eligible online purchase within 14 days after receiving their order, without giving a reason.
After notifying us of cancellation, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Our standard made-to-order clothing designs are not automatically exempt from these rights. Genuinely personalised or bespoke products may be exempt where permitted by law.
Discounted and sale items retain applicable statutory rights.
To cancel, simply email customerservice@cultpact.com with a clear statement that you wish to cancel your order.
You may use the optional cancellation form below, but this is not compulsory.
