At Cults & Pacts, our clothing is produced to order through specialist production and fulfilment partners.
This means every order goes through a short production process before dispatch.
1. Production Times
Please allow approximately 1–6 working days for production before your order is dispatched.
Production may occasionally take longer during busy periods, launches or public holidays.
Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays.
2. Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the available delivery service.
Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are additional to production time unless otherwise stated.
We aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe and, unless a different delivery period has been agreed, within 30 days of your order being placed.
If delivery is delayed beyond an agreed timeframe, your statutory rights will apply.
3. Free Delivery
We currently offer free standard delivery on all orders to destinations available at checkout.
Where an optional upgraded delivery service is available, any additional charge will be shown before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation.
Tracking information will be provided where available.
Please allow a short period for tracking details to become active.
5. Multiple Parcels
Orders containing multiple items may occasionally be produced or dispatched separately.
You may therefore receive more than one parcel.
There will be no additional delivery charge where we choose to split your order.
6. Delivery Addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order.
If you notice an error, email customerservice@cultpact.com as soon as possible.
We will do our best to help, but changes may not be possible once an order has entered production or been dispatched.
7. Missing, Delayed or Damaged Orders
If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and details of the issue.
Photographs may be requested where appropriate to help resolve damaged-delivery claims.
We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.
Cults & Pacts remains responsible for your goods until they are delivered to you or someone you have nominated to receive them, except where the law provides otherwise.
8. International Orders
International shipping availability and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout where offered.
International deliveries may be subject to customs processing, import duties or local taxes.
Where relevant, we will explain any additional charges or the possibility of such charges before purchase.
