These Terms of Service apply to purchases made through www.cultsandpacts.com and use of our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Our Products

Cults & Pacts designs and sells clothing and associated products.

We aim to display product descriptions, photographs, colours and sizing accurately.

Slight variations may occur due to screen settings, printing processes and garment characteristics.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where products are faulty or not as described.

3. Made-to-Order Clothing

Many of our garments are produced after an order is placed through specialist production and fulfilment partners.

Production usually takes approximately 1–6 working days before dispatch.

Made-to-order production does not automatically remove statutory cancellation or return rights.

4. Orders & Payments

Please ensure that all information provided during checkout is accurate.

Orders are subject to acceptance, payment authorisation and product availability.

We may cancel orders where reasonably necessary due to unavailable products, obvious pricing errors, payment issues or suspected fraud.

Where an order is cancelled after payment, an appropriate refund will be issued.

All prices and applicable charges are displayed before purchase.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We currently offer free standard delivery to destinations available at checkout.

Estimated production and delivery times are explained in our Shipping Policy.

Please ensure your delivery information is correct.

Your statutory rights relating to delayed, lost or damaged orders remain unaffected.

6. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day returns policy, subject to the conditions explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.

Eligible online purchases also carry statutory cancellation rights.

Faulty, damaged or misdescribed goods will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

7. Sizing & Product Availability

Please review product descriptions and sizing guides carefully before ordering.

An incorrectly selected size may be returned under our Returns & Refund Policy where eligible.

Products are subject to availability and may be changed or discontinued.

8. Intellectual Property

The Cults & Pacts name, trademarks, logos, illustrations, artwork, garment graphics, product designs, photographs and original website content are owned by us or used with permission.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution or commercial exploitation is prohibited unless permitted by law or authorised in writing.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the associated intellectual property.

9. Website Use

You must not use our website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, interfere with its security or attempt unauthorised access.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect our website, customers or business.

10. Promotions & Discounts

Promotions and discount codes may have expiry dates, exclusions or specific conditions.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash or applied retrospectively.

Discounts do not affect statutory consumer rights.

11. Third-Party Services

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

We also use third-party services for payments, garment production, fulfilment and delivery.

Our use of these providers does not remove our responsibilities to customers.

12. Liability & Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or breach of statutory consumer rights.

We are responsible for reasonably foreseeable losses caused by our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill.

We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes & Governing Law

We may update these Terms when necessary.

The Terms applying to your purchase will be those in force when your order was placed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of any mandatory legal protections applicable in their country of residence.
