2. OUR PRODUCTS
Cults & Pacts designs and sells clothing and associated products through our online store.
We aim to display product descriptions, photographs, colours, sizing and other information as accurately as reasonably possible.
Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings, manufacturing processes and the characteristics of individual garments.
Small variations that are inherent to garment production or printing do not necessarily constitute a defect.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.
3. MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTION
Many Cults & Pacts garments are produced after an order is placed using our specialist production and fulfilment partners.
This means an order may enter production shortly after it has been submitted.
Production and fulfilment arrangements are explained further in our Shipping Policy.
Our use of third-party production, fulfilment or delivery providers does not affect your contractual relationship with Cults & Pacts or your applicable consumer rights.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order, you are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide is complete and accurate.
After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact details provided during checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- There is an obvious pricing or product information error
- Payment cannot be authorised
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent or unauthorised activity
- We are unable to fulfil the order
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, any amount due to you will be refunded to the original payment method.
5. PRICES & PAYMENT
Product prices are displayed on our website and applicable charges will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Delivery charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
You must provide valid payment information and confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

6. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Our garments may require a production period before dispatch.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless we have expressly agreed a specific guaranteed delivery date with you.
Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate when placing an order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed once an order has entered production or been dispatched.
7. RETURNS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Your rights to cancel an order, return eligible products or request a refund are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Nothing in these Terms or our Returns & Refund Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
Where applicable, UK consumers have legal cancellation rights in relation to qualifying purchases made online.
Faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Please review the sizing information provided on the relevant product page before placing your order.
Sizing and fit may differ between garment styles.
Where an item is otherwise correctly supplied and free from defects, choosing an incorrect size will be treated as a standard return in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.

All products are subject to availability.
We may change, discontinue or temporarily remove products without notice.
Placing an item in your basket does not guarantee its availability until your order has been successfully placed and accepted.

We aim to ensure that information on our website is accurate and current.
Occasionally, information may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, prices, promotions, delivery charges or availability.
Where an obvious error has occurred, we reserve the right to correct it.

Unless otherwise stated, the Cults & Pacts name, branding, logos, emblems, artwork, illustrations, garment graphics, product designs, written content, photographs and other original material displayed on this website belong to Cults & Pacts or are used by us with permission.

Purchasing a Cults & Pacts product does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property associated with the artwork or design.
